Delete my account

Your Liftz account and its online backup, erased for good.

From the app

1 Open the Profile tab Then the gear at the top of the screen: Settings.

2 Personal Information In the Profile section.

3 Delete Account Confirm with your password, or with your Google account if you signed up with Google.

Without the app

Write to us At contact@liftz.fit, from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my Liftz account". The account is deleted within 30 days and you receive a confirmation.

What is deleted

Your account Email address, password or link to your Google account.

Your online backup The copy of your data and its record, immediately.

What remains

The data on your phone Liftz works without an account: your sessions stay on the device until you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android.

Your Liftz Pro subscription Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in Google Play, Payments & subscriptions.

What the law requires us to keep Purchase records kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for accounting obligations. Error reports, which are anonymous, expire on their own within 90 days.
