Version 0.11.0

What changes in Liftz.

Liftz now opens on the Dashboard, plans your week and tells you when to add weight. In 50 seconds, on the real screens.

New

Thirteen new features.

Dashboard tabIn the centre, opened at launch: today's session, quick start, goals, progress and diagnosis.
Dashboard templatesStandard, At the gym or Review, and a Dashboard that switches by itself in session, on a planned day or a rest day.
Your own DashboardsWidgets to place, resize and tune, stacked with a drag, texts and rows, with undo and redo.Pro
Routine scheduleFixed days, sessions per week or a rotation: today's session shows up, and a missed one is offered again.
Session remindersYour schedule kept week after week, and a reminder at your usual time on training days.Pro
Sets outside a sessionLog an old record or a test: it counts for your records and curves, never as a session.
Program generatorYour level, your equipment and your days give a complete program, starting loads included.Pro
Rep rangeSet 8–12 for example: Liftz suggests adding or removing load from your sets, without forcing it.
Tempo per exerciseNote a tempo like 3-1-X-0; a session done at another tempo isn't compared with the previous one.
Compare two exercisesYour estimated 1RM over three months, side by side, to see which one you progress on.Pro
Pinned goalsYour 1RM goals are saved and pinned to the Dashboard, with their estimated date.Pro
Ready-made searchesNine set searches: best 1RMs, hard sets, sets to failure, recent progress.
New search criteriaLeave out deload sets, search the current year, or sets without an RPE.

Improved

What you know, made better.

Adaptive warm-upA full ramp for a muscle's first compound lift, a reminder set after that, a single set for an isolation.
Warm-up templates"By reps", "Express" and your own templates: steps, percentages or a fixed load.Pro
HistoryDiary and history merged: one week in detail, or the totals from a month to "All".
Workout tabWeek plan, plan score and three key figures; its statistics compare your sessions with the program.
Exercise list"Recent" sorting, filters that count live, muscle chips, search that ignores accents.
Routine formTargeting by muscle and equipment, schedule, in-place reordering, a set template and a kept draft.
Exercise sheetIt opens on your last time and offers "Add to a routine", "Create a variation" and "Compare with…".
Clearer "What's new"Each version opens on its headline features, and each change fits in a title and one sentence.
Interface and motionThe same design everywhere, choices in a sheet under your thumb; nothing moves if you reduced animations.

Fixed

Numbers you can trust more.

The sessions concerned are recalculated: nothing to do on your side.

Sets without an RPEThey count as RPE 9 and no longer as a set to failure; your past sessions are recalculated.
Under-counted quadsSquats, leg presses, lunges and step-ups count for the quads, no longer for the glutes.
Progress arrowsThey no longer compare a set with the session before a deload; your older sessions are recalculated.
Estimated durationIt counts three minutes between two exercises instead of eight.
1RM trendIt reads as a percentage and no longer starts from a long set far from failure, which the formula inflates.
Saved filtersThey keep their values, and "≠" as well as "Less than N weeks ago" finally find sets.
